During my initial pattern designs I was using Procreate to design a seamless repeating pattern. I experimented with layers and opacity, to create the illusion of perspective as well as representing free flowing water.
Each of my early patterns were inspired by Flora and Fauna, a theme that continues to appear within my illustrations today.
